Job summary

Flex Ltd in Coimbatore seeks an Analyst- Accounts Receivable to support invoicing, disputes resolution, and cash flow forecasting as part of our finance team.

You will generate invoices for shipments and services, chase payments, and contribute to AR/GL reconciliations, month-end close, and weekly reports.

Candidate should have commerce degrees, strong MS Office skills, and good communication; willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• B.Com / B.C.S / M.Com / MBA / BBA / BBM or other commerce/accounting degrees; 0-1 year experience
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Flexible to work in shifts and support month-end per business needs
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for shipments and services
• Identify and resolve customer disputes early
• Contact customers to confirm receipt of shipments and invoices, and upcoming payment dates
• Initiate and attend calls with customer/program managers/site finance as required
• Facilitate timely accounting of funds credited to Flex Bank account
• Generate and update weekly AR reports and AR/GL reconciliations
• Support corporate treasury with accurate cash flow forecast
• Assist month-end close as per corporate calendar
• Help address collections and overdue bills with management
• Participate in transition and training for the team

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst- Accounts Receivable in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.
• Initiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.
• Contact customer(email and calls) and confirm receipt of shipment, Invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.
• Initiate and attend to calls with Customer/program Managers/ Site finance as per requirement.
• Facilitate timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account.
• Reporting activities - Generate and update Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL recons.
• Support Corporate Treasury with Accuarate Cash flow forecast.
• Ensure completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.
• To achieve Weekly targets on Key Process indicators set for the Business.
• Supporting Audit requirement for the function assigned.
• Hold up the Collections team and our business in to address collections and overdue bills.
• Engage with management and the business to address payment delays and actions.
• Help in transition and integration of customers from different sites.
• Help in collection training for the team.
• Initiate action to resolve dispute and/or resend missing invoices.

Experience Required

• B. Com / B.C.S / M.Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM , any other commerce and Accounts Stream degrees 0-1 yrs of experience.
• Good knowledge of Finance and accounting Concepts.
• Good written & oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts and support Month end per business needs.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills.
