Flex in Chennai is hiring for an Analyst - Accounts Payable to support the finance team in processing invoices, updating vendor records, and ensuring timely payments. The role requires handling discrepancies, generating AP reports, and suggesting process improvements while working under deadlines with professional English communication.

The ideal candidate has a B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA in Finance and up-to-date MS Excel/ERP skills, with 0–1 year in accounting or AP.

Qualifications

• B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
• Good understanding on MS applications.
• 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects

Responsibilities

• Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures.

• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Perform quality Check Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures.
