Job summary

Newmark Hyderabad is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage broker payroll in RMS, ensuring timely weekly processing and reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with payroll accounting.

The position is hybrid (WFO - Mon. to Wed.) with shift timings 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and internal controls.
• Experience in Real Estate payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process all transactions related to broker payroll in RMS and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure external and internal broker payrolls are processed weekly.
• Reconcile payroll transactions against RMS data.
• Set up weekly payroll cycles and format reports.
• Review broker agreements and payout terms.
• Perform weekly payroll variance analysis and reconciliation.
• Close payroll cycle weekly by releasing payments in RMS.
• Assist with new business processes and work with management.
• Research inquiries for assigned areas and report inconsistencies.
• Participate in special projects to improve process efficiency.
• Apply payroll accounting principles and internal controls.
• Prepare and process manual payments for external payroll.
• Flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

Shift Timings - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Work Mode - Hybrid (WFO - Mon. to Wed.)

• Process all transaction respect external & internal broker payroll to in Revenue Management System (RMS) system and research discrepancies.


• Ensure that external & internal broker payroll amount would be process in time weekly manner.


• Reconcile each payroll transactions by comparing and correcting data with respect to RMS system


• Weekly Payroll cycle set up & reports formatting


• Broker agreement & contact review -respect to payout


• Weekly Payroll variance Analysis/Review and reconciliation


• Weekly Close payroll cycle by release of payment on RMS


• Payroll Bracket Set up for internal broker in weekly basis ..


• Assist with the new business processes and work with management.


• Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas; Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.


• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management


• Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of payroll accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.


• Prepare and process manual payment for external payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; in Accounting, Finance or related area preferred.


• Minimum of 2+ years of experience


• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Strong organizational and attention to detail


• Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills; Independent worker with the ability to conduct research & resolve complex problems.


• Ability to prioritize and work in a challenging & fast paced environment.


• Ability to handle multiple projects and decisions in critical situations.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
