Job summary

FHLB Des Moines is seeking an SAP PP/QM Tester to validate SAP S/4HANA implementations in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on designing and executing test cases, data, and scripts for PP/QM processes across Functional, Integration, and UAT testing.

The candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team, validate master data and production workflows, and ensure quality standards are met during migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years SAP testing experience focused on PP and QM modules.
• Mandatory experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Functional, Integration, and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing activities for PP and QM modules.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for PP and QM processes.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End process validation.
• Validate manufacturing processes including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, MRPs, Demand Management, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Batch Management.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, Developers, and Integration Teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
• Support data validation and reconciliation activities during migration and cutover phases.

PurposeThe SAP PP/QM Tester is responsible for validating and ensuring the quality of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions within a manufacturing environment. Mandatory experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project within a manufacturing industry. Experience in Functional, Integration, and UAT testing.Other AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to document and execute test cases effectively.
