Qualifications

• Candidates should have relevant qualifications in Anaesthesia Technology.
• Freshers are welcome and experienced candidates are preferred.
• Experience in Operation Theatre / Anaesthesia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Operation Theatre and anaesthesia workstation before procedures.
• Check anaesthesia machines, ventilators, monitors, suction and oxygen supply.
• Prepare airway devices and breathing circuits as needed.
• Assist the anaesthesiologist during induction, maintenance and recovery.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the anaesthesia team.
• Maintain stock of anaesthesia supplies and ensure equipment hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the Operation Theatre and anaesthesia workstation before procedures
• Check anaesthesia machines, ventilators, monitors, suction and oxygen supply
• Prepare airway devices, breathing circuits and other required equipment
• Assist the anaesthesiologist during induction, maintenance and recovery
• Assist with airway management and intubation by preparing required equipment
• Monitor and report changes in vital signs as directed by the anaesthesia team
• Ensure emergency airway and resuscitation equipment is readily available
• Maintain adequate stock of anaesthesia supplies and consumables
• Clean, disinfect and maintain anaesthesia equipment according to hospital protocols
• Report faulty equipment and arrange servicing or replacement
• Assist with safe patient transfer and positioning
• Maintain proper records and documentation
