Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare anaesthesia machines, equipment, instruments and supplies before procedures.
• Assist anaesthesiologists during surgical and diagnostic procedures as required.
• Check functionality and readiness of anaesthesia machines, monitors and oxygen supply.
• Ensure availability of airway devices, breathing circuits, medications and other anaesthesia supplies.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning under supervision.
• Support the anaesthesia team during induction, maintenance and recovery.
• Clean, disinfect, sterilize and store reusable instruments and equipment.
• Maintain stock and documentation related to anaesthesia equipment and procedures.
• Coordinate with anaesthesiologists, surgeons and OR staff.
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
