Medico Hub in India is seeking an experienced anaesthesiologist to join an on-site team supporting elective and emergency surgeries, perioperative pain management, and ICU handovers.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesia or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Current Indian medical registration (NMC or state council).
• Maturity with high-volume theatre experience and independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe anesthesia (general, spinal, regional) for elective and emergency cases.
• Perform pre-op assessment, risk stratification, and anesthesia planning.
• Manage airway with advanced techniques and rescue as needed.
• Provide ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and multimodal analgesia.
• Monitor intraoperative parameters and coordinate post-op handovers to PACU/ICU.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

We seek an experienced clinician to join an on-site anaesthesia team that supports elective and emergency surgical workflows, perioperative pain management, and ICU handovers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia (general, spinal and regional/nerve blocks) across elective and emergency operative lists.
• Perform pre-operative assessment, risk stratification, and anesthesia planning for adult surgical patients.
• Provide airway management including advanced techniques and eliminate/rescue when required.
• Administer ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and manage perioperative multimodal analgesia.
• Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, ventilator settings and titrate anesthetic agents; coordinate post-op transfer and handover to PACU/ICU teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow institutional protocols, and participate in morbidity & mortality reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

• Proven clinical experience performing general, spinal and regional blocks in a high-volume operating theatre; independent practice preferred (minimum 3 years recommended).
