Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) in Bengaluru seeks an AMS DV Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to contribute to mixed-signal verification for Power management IPs and SOCs. You will model analog blocks, develop real models, and validate them using SV/Verilog/Verilog-AMS/VerilogA, while collaborating across sites and driving automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in DV engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal verification fundamentals.
• Experience with behavioral modeling of analog blocks and verification planning.

• Experience with behavioral modelling of analog blocks like switching converters and LDOs using SV/Verilog/Verilog-AMS/VerilogA.
• Experience of real model creation and model validation.
• Prior experience with verification of Power management IPs and SOCs - Desirable.
• Strong background in verification fundamentals, verification planning and environment development is must.
• Experience in PSL/SV assertions development.
• Should be process oriented and have passion for scripting and automation.
• Should have good soft skills and experience of working collaboratively in cross-site environment.
