PeopleStrong in India is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage KRA-driven accountabilities related to product samples, presentations, and complaint handling. You will ensure samples are executed within 48 hours, verify quality, and coordinate with R&D when issues arise.

You will also raise product awareness through customer meetings and present materials, while ensuring timely responses to inquiries and rapid escalation when needed.

Qualifications

To get the samples executed of all the enquires given by the marketting team within 48 hrs in normal condition & to check the quality of the sample after it is done. Bills of the contractors & dealers

KRA2 Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers

To create awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers

KRA3 Complaint Handling

To be attended immediately on the same day
