Responsibilities

• KRA1 Samples & Demos of Products: Get the sample executed for all marketting team enquires within 48 hrs in normal condition and verify sample quality after completion.
• KRA2 Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers: Create awareness of products through presentations during customer meetings.
• KRA3 Complaint Handling: Attend to complaints on the same day; if related to quality material, send to R&D and have it checked for application within 48 hrs.
• KRA4 MIS Competitors Information: Collect and share information on new market developments with the team.

KRA2 Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers To create awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers

KRA3 Complaint Handling To be attended immediately on the same day If related to quality material is sent to the R&D team & checked by us for application- within 48hrs

KRA4 MIS Competitors Information As & when something new is being done in the market it is collected and shared with the team
