Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a skilled machinist for inhouse engine parts production in Tamil Nadu. The candidate should have hands-on experience with crankcase, cylinder head and other engine components, and be comfortable operating grinding, washing, and leak testing processes.

• Preferable experience in 2-wheeler engine parts machining.
• Experience in pressure die casting of aluminium parts.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out inhouse engine parts machining including crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel, cover clutch and magneto.
• Create capacities for the required vehicle plan.

Responsible for carrying out Inhouse Engine parts machining components i.e, Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Cylinder barrel, Cover clutch & Magneto, Crankshaft machining & capacity creation for the required vehicle plan.

Required Candidate profile

• Handling of special process machines like Grinding, Washing m/c, Leak
• testing
• 2 wheeler Engine parts machining experience preferable
• Exp in handling the Pressure die casting Aluminium parts machining
