Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a machinist to perform in-house engine parts machining for components such as crankcases, cylinder heads, cylinder barrels, covers, clutch and magneto housings, and crankshafts. The role supports capacity creation in line with the vehicle production plan.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with grinding, washing machines, leak testing, and pressure die casting of aluminium parts; preference given to those with two-wheeler engine experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with grinding and washing process machines is required.
• Experience in engine parts machining for two-wheelers is preferred.
• Experience with pressure die casting of aluminium parts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-house engine parts machining (crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel, cover, clutch magneto, crankshaft) as per plan.
• Create capacity aligned with the required vehicle production plan.

Job description

Responsible for carrying out Inhouse Engine parts machining components i.e, Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Cylinder barrel, Cover clutch & Magneto, Crankshaft machining & capacity creation for the required vehicle plan.

Required Candidate profile

• Handling of special process machines like Grinding, Washing m/c, Leak
• testing
• 2 wheeler Engine parts machining experience preferable
• Exp in handling the Pressure die casting Aluminium parts machining
