Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre requires a machinist to work on inhouse engine parts such as crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel, cover clutch and magneto, and crankshaft. The role includes setup and operation of grinding and washing machines with emphasis on quality and productivity.

Candidate should have experience in two-wheeler engine parts machining and exposure to pressure die casting of aluminium parts. Prior experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grinding, washing machines and leak testing.
• Exposure to two-wheeler engine parts machining preferred.
• Experience in pressure die casting aluminium parts machining.

Responsibilities

• Machining of inhouse engine parts such as crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel, cover clutch and magneto, and crankshaft.
• Create capacity planning for required vehicle plan.

Job description

Responsible for carrying out Inhouse Engine parts machining components i.e, Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Cylinder barrel, Cover clutch & Magneto, Crankshaft machining & capacity creation for the required vehicle plan.

Required Candidate profile

• Handling of special process machines like Grinding, Washing m/c, Leak
• testing
• 2 wheeler Engine parts machining experience preferable
• Exp in handling the Pressure die casting Aluminium parts machining
