Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled machinist to perform in-house engine parts machining including crankcase, cylinder head, and crankshaft, supporting the vehicle production plan.

The role requires handling grinding, washing, leak testing, and aluminium die-casting components; experience with two-wheeler engines is preferred.

Candidates with hands-on expertise in capacity creation and precise machining will thrive in this hands-on shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house engine parts machining including crankcase and cylinder components.
• Familiarity with special process machines like Grinding and Washing m/c and leak testing.
• Preferably 2-wheeler engine parts machining experience.
• Experience in handling pressure die casting aluminium parts machining.

Responsibilities

• In-house machining of engine parts (crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel, crankshaft) and capacity creation for the vehicle plan.

Responsible for carrying out Inhouse Engine parts machining components i.e, Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Cylinder barrel, Cover clutch & Magneto, Crankshaft machining & capacity creation for the required vehicle plan.

Required Candidate profile

• Handling of special process machines like Grinding, Washing m/c, Leak

• 2 wheeler Engine parts machining experience preferable
• Exp in handling the Pressure die casting Aluminium parts machining
