Job summary

GMR Airports Infrastructure invites a seasoned Regulatory & Compliance professional to lead statutory approvals for HYD ALD projects and operating assets. You will file applications, coordinate with government agencies, and ensure timely compliance.

The role requires strong internal/external stakeholder management, collaboration with business and technical teams, and networking with regulators and authorities. BE/B.Tech and 7–10 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Preferably BE/B.Tech).
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good networking with key stakeholders like Govt. Functionaries.

Responsibilities

• Filing of applications for obtaining all required Statutory Approvals for ALD projects from various government agencies.
• Facilitate and extend support to ALD clients to obtain statutory approvals from various government agencies.
• Filing timely compliances of statutory approvals for ALD projects.
• External stakeholder management for expediting the process of obtaining approvals & renewals.
• Internal stakeholder management with ALD, CR and other Airport departments for expediting collation of plans, NOCs, etc.
• Coordination with Govt agencies, regulators, NAC, municipal corporation, HMDA, Police, PCB, etc.
• Coordinate and work in tandem with Business/Technical teams as per business requirement.
• Able to engage and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Networking ability with Government authorities, regulatory bodies and related agencies

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include handling all Statutory and Regulatory clearances and compliances for HYD ALD Projects and Operating Assets.

• Filing of applications for obtaining all required Statutory Approvals (pre-construction, construction and post construction) for the ALD projects from various government agencies
• Facilitate and extend support to ALD clients to obtain statutory approvals from various government agencies
• Filing timely compliances of statutory approvals for ALD projects
• External stakeholder management for expediting the process of obtaining approvals & renewals
• Internal stakeholder management with ALD, CR and other Airport departments for expediting collation of plans, NOCs, etc.,
• Coordination with Govt agencies, regulators, NAC, municipal corporation, HMDA, Police, PCB, etc.,
• Coordinate and work in tandem with Business/Technical teams as per business requirement
• Able to engage and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
