Job summary

Smartworld Developers in Gurugram is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage end-to-end HVAC execution at project sites, aligning with drawings, specs, quality and timelines.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams, review drawings, BOQs and specifications, and supervise installation, testing and commissioning.

Candidates should have BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Eng and 8–10 years HVAC project execution experience, with high-rise project exposure.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8-10 years of relevant HVAC project execution experience in Real Estate/Construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing & commissioning and site coordination.
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HVAC execution at project site as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams for smooth execution.
• Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and ensure proper installation as per design.
• Monitor installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring manpower, material and resources are effectively deployed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues/coordination clashes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at site.
• Verify measurements, contractor bills and work completion against approved scope.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project management for timely completion.
