Job summary

Troikaa in Delhi is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and motivate business managers, drive monthly sales targets, and strengthen retailer/stockist relationships.

You will monitor team performance, develop sales strategies, ensure proper product launches, manage inventory at stockists, and gather feedback to senior management.

Interact with doctors, retailers and healthcare professionals to promote our brands, achieve planned objectives, and ensure sustainable ROIE from key customers.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and motivating the business managers
• Maintaining good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition
• Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE (Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
• Ensuring proper launch and consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
• Managing inventory at stockist level and implementing measures to reduce credit notes
• Interacting with medical and healthcare professionals to build strong professional relationships
• Achieving monthly sales objectives through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at retailers/pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms
