• Leading, coaching and motivating the Business Managers.
• Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition.
• Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates.
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities.
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring ROIE from targeted customers.
• Ensuring proper launch & engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success.
• Managing inventory at stockist level and reducing credit notes.
• Discuss the clinical usage, dosages, and product applications.
• Interact with medical and healthcare professionals to build relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation.
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms.
