Designation: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategies and planning

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, provide strategic insights to team and directors.
• Need to supervise finance and accounts team.
• Manage cash flow and investment strategies.
• Cash flow analysis, maintain bank reconciliation, e-banking payments
• Liaising with banks for collections and short-term fund requirements
• A person must maintain a relationship with the financial institutes, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Must take ownership and identify and manage the financial risks through effective risk assessment.
• Financial Accounting and MIS reports
• Analysis of various heads of profit and loss accounts
• Must evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations.
• Analyzing financial feasibility of new projects and business initiatives
• To take care of all taxation part – planning and compliance related to direct and indirect tax functions like TDS, advance tax, self-assessment tax, Import export policy, Sales Tax, GST, Customs, Excise, Vat, new govt. schemes, foreign inward and outward remittance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the department.
