Job summary

You will perform SQL-based data validation, automate tests, and manage incidents using ServiceNow while ensuring platform health across AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes Python/Shell scripting, Linux/Unix environments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in Application Support, QA, Platform Operations, or DevOps.
• Experience with Alation, MANTA, Arena, or similar data governance/catalog tools.
• Strong SQL, Linux/Unix, API testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, Git, and automation practices.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Rally, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
