Job summary

atsMantra is looking for an experienced professional to translate business needs into Adobe AEP/AJO solutions and to design robust data ingestion, schemas, and segmentation that drive customer journeys.

You will configure events, triggers, actions, and automations across channels, build AEP schemas, ensure data quality, and mentor cross-functional teams on best practices in AEP/AJO integration and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Adobe AEP/AJO solutions.
• Design and implement data ingestion, schemas, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
• Configure AJO events, triggers, actions, automations, and communication channels.
• Build AEP schemas, identities, mappings, and ensure data quality and synchronization.
• Integrate multiple systems using AEP APIs, SDKs, and WebSDK.
• Implement omnichannel personalization, A/B testing, and targeted offers.
• Manage Adobe Tagging/WebSDK, analytics, privacy, and data governance.
• Manage AJO email templates, channel surfaces, IP pools, subdomain delegation, and IP warming.
• Troubleshoot AEP/AJO integration, data, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing for AEP/AJO solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with omni-channel personalization and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and tools such as WebSDK for data streaming and tagging.
• Hands-on experience with email template creation, channel management, and IP strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with real-time data integration and identity resolution in AEP.
• Knowledge of privacy and data governance standards.
