• Ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities to deliver high levels of service in the technology domain.
• Gather requirements and specifications to understand client requirements and translate them into system requirements.
• Contribute to estimation of work requirements to provide accurate information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.
• Contribute to building efficient programs and systems to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
