Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries
• Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and handle baggage processing
• Inform passengers of flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and address their concerns
• Assist passengers with special needs, including helping those needing wheelchair assistance
• Make public announcements regarding flight activity at the gate or in the terminal
• Process and monitor upgrades and standby lists
• Handle cash and credit transactions for ticket purchases and airline fees
• Adhere to all airline and airport regulations and guidelines for safety and security
• Book and sell airline tickets to passengers
• Check in passengers, luggage, and issue boarding passes
• Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions relevant to travel
• Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly individuals and families with children
• Ensure all passengers have valid identification and travel documents
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Provide timely information to passengers in case of delays or changes in flight schedule
