Responsibilities

• Design and develop air intake and exhaust systems for commercial vehicle platforms, ensuring performance, emissions, and NVH requirements.
• Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry-standard tools.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure manufacturability and proper assembly fit.
• Collaborate with CAE and CFD teams to validate thermal, flow, and structural performance.
• Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R, and other quality assurance activities.
• Interface with suppliers, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and validation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in alignment with product development milestones.
• Support cost reduction, localization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing and developing air intake and exhaust systems, with a strong foundation in GD&T, quality tools, CAE/CFD, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop air intake and exhaust systems for commercial vehicle platforms, ensuring compliance with performance, emissions, and NVH requirements.
• Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry-standard tools.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly fit.
• Collaborate with CAE and CFD teams to validate thermal, flow, and structural performance.
• Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R, and other quality assurance activities.
• Interface with suppliers, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and validation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation in alignment with product development milestones.
• Support cost reduction, localization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
