Job summary

Eloelo is seeking an AI Video Editor in Bengaluru to blend traditional editing with AI-powered workflows. The role focuses on producing scalable, high-quality video content across platforms while maintaining creative integrity.

You will work with Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs and Topaz to accelerate production, build reusable AI prompts, and ensure consistent outputs across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI video and audio tools.
• Prompt-writing mindset and collaboration with AI.
• Attention to audio transitions, visuals, and continuity.
• Understanding of trends across Reels, Shorts, ads.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create high-quality videos for different channels ranging from social media to performance marketing, using AI tools to accelerate output without compromising craft.
• Leverage generative and AI-assisted tools (text-to-video, auto-cut, voice cloning, upscaling, subtitling, B-roll generation) to speed up production and unlock new creative formats.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to bring briefs to life.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, style references, and reusable AI workflows so output stays consistent across projects and editors.
• Optimise videos for various formats: vertical, square, and widescreen.
• Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple video projects simultaneously.
• High ownership of timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Take feedback positively and revise content efficiently based on team/client inputs.
• Maintain and organise video asset libraries and project files for easy collaboration.

We're seeking a dynamic AI Video Editor with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you'll blend classic editing craft with AI-powered workflows to produce compelling video content at scale, enhancing user engagement and brand presence across platforms.

We are looking for

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Topaz, or equivalents).
• A prompt-writing and iteration mindset — you treat AI as a creative collaborator, not just a shortcut.
• Sharp eye for detail, especially with audio transitions, visual polish, and continuity.
• Knowledge of video trends, meme culture, and platform-specific nuances (Reels, Shorts, ads, etc.).
• Able to self-manage deadlines, juggle priorities, and stay cool under pressure.
• A storyteller at heart, with a passion for bringing emotion, humour, or urgency through edits.
