SKIPS University seeks an AI Trainer to educate students and faculty in AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered tools. You will lead hands-on sessions, create training materials, and promote AI-driven learning across the university.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AI training or related teaching experience and strong communication skills, with freshers also welcome if they show solid AI expertise and project work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/AI/Data Science
• Certifications in AI/Generative AI are a plus
• Candidates from other disciplines with strong AI skills will be considered
• Strong AI skills and practical training experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Conduct practical training sessions on AI, Generative AI, ML fundamentals and AI-powered applications
• Train students and faculty in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Copilot
• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and hands-on AI training programs
• Create training modules, presentations, assignments, and projects
• Demonstrate AI tools for research, academic writing, data analysis, and coding
• Guide students in AI-based projects, hackathons, and interdisciplinary activities
• Train faculty to integrate AI tools into teaching and assessment
• Explain responsible AI, data privacy, plagiarism prevention and ethical AI use
• Assess learning through exercises, projects, and feedback
• Stay updated on emerging AI tech and trends
• Collaborate with departments to identify AI training needs and adoption

1. Job Purpose

To train students and faculty members in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI-powered tools, and practical applications of emerging technologies. The AI Trainer will conduct hands‑on sessions, develop training materials, and promote AI‑driven learning, innovation, and productivity across the University.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning fundamentals, and AI-powered applications.
• Train students and faculty in tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant AI platforms.
• Design and deliver workshops, seminars, certification programmes, and hands‑on AI training sessions.
• Develop training modules, presentations, assignments, projects, and learning materials.
• Demonstrate the use of AI tools for research, academic writing, data analysis, presentations, coding, and problem‑solving.
• Guide students in AI-based projects, innovation activities, hackathons, and interdisciplinary applications.
• Train faculty members to integrate AI tools into teaching, lesson planning, assessment, and academic research.
• Explain responsible AI practices, data privacy, plagiarism prevention, ethical AI use, and limitations of AI-generated content.
• Assess participants' learning through practical exercises, assignments, projects, and feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, trends, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with academic departments to identify AI training requirements and improve AI adoption across the University.

3. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from other disciplines with strong practical AI skills and relevant training experience may also be considered.

4. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI concepts and Generative AI applications.
• Practical experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, understandable language.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing training materials and conducting workshops.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, APIs, or Machine Learning will be an advantage.
• Ability to engage students and faculty through interactive, project‑based learning.

5. Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in AI training, technical training, teaching, or AI-related projects is preferred.
• Freshers with demonstrated AI expertise, relevant projects, certifications, and strong communication skills may apply.
