This training/education role focuses on applied AI rather than research or software engineering, with hands‑on workshops and outcome‑based assessments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in training, teaching or upskilling.
• Hands‑on knowledge of generative AI, prompts and AI agents.
• Understanding of business AI applications across functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Gemini for Google Workspace).
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage diverse learners.
• Curriculum and outcome‑based assessment design experience.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, data privacy and governance.
• Bachelors or Masters in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, boot camps and lab sessions on AI tools.
• Develop role-specific learning paths for multiple business functions.
• Teach structured prompting, AI research and business analytics workflows.
• Introduce AI agents, RAG and no‑code automation platforms.
• Train users on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and related tools.

• Deliver AI programmes for working professionals and executives.
• Create practical assessments and measure learning outcomes.

About the Role:

Chitkara Business School is seeking a hands-on AI Trainer to build practical AI capabilities among students, faculty and executive‑education participants. The role involves delivering engaging training, developing business‑focused curricula and demonstrating how contemporary AI tools can improve decision‑making and productivity across functions.

This is primarily a training and applied‑AI education role, rather than a research or software‑engineering position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops, boot camps and practical lab sessions on AI tools.
• Develop role‑specific learning paths for Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy.
• Teach structured prompting, AI‑assisted research, document/data workflows and business analysis.
• Introduce AI agents, RAG and no‑code automation using platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Train users on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM and related tools.
• Support faculty in integrating AI into courses and assessments.
• Deliver AI programmes for working professionals and corporate groups.
• Create practical assessments and measure learning outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI use, data privacy and academic integrity.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend suitable institutional applications.

Required Profile:

• 3-6 years of experience in training, teaching, L&D, higher education or professional upskilling.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Understanding of business applications of AI across Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Strategy.
• Familiarity with Gemini for Google Workspace and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants with different skill levels.
• Experience in curriculum and outcome‑based assessment design.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, data privacy and governance.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, Education or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications from Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS or similar platforms.
• Experience in higher education or executive education.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of OBE, NEP 2020 and accreditation requirements.
• Experience in AI programme governance or establishing an AI Centre of Excellence.
