Job summary

Stellar Talent Hr Consultancy Chennai partners with a university campus in Chennai to recruit a Senior Trainer Python Full Stack & Generative AI. You will lead classroom and hands-on training in Python, Full Stack, AI, ML and Generative AI, mentoring students on projects and assessments.

The role focuses on practical labs, workshops, and real-world problem solving, with emphasis on RAG, Agentic AI, MCP and LLM-based applications, while tracking learning outcomes and promoting ethical AI use.

Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on industry experience in Python and Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with Python, FastAPI and full-stack development using Django or SPA.
• Minimum 2 years of AI-native development using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI and MCP.
• Experience working with GenAI/LLM models and applications.
• Strong cloud experience including deployment and management.
• Data Structures & Algorithms and RDBMS knowledge.
• System Design, design principles and patterns.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Cloud-native application development.
• Strong communication and training/facilitation skills.
• Experience creating training content, labs, projects and assessments.
• Understanding of learning outcomes, pedagogy and competency-based assessment.

Responsibilities
