Role Description

The AI Prompt Artist will work full-time on-site at the Mumbai studio, creating highly detailed and effective text prompts for a range of AI models used in video, image, and storytelling workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating creative briefs into structured prompts, iterating on AI outputs, and refining scenes, characters, compositions, and visual styles to meet cinematic standards. The role involves close collaboration with directors, writers, editors, and motion designers to ensure prompts align with scripts, storyboards, brand guidelines, and platform requirements. The AI Prompt Artist will also document prompt techniques, maintain prompt libraries, experiment with new AI tools and features, and support pre-production and post-production teams in integrating AI-generated assets into final deliverables. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical curiosity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and storytelling skills, including visual imagination, scene-building, character description, and narrative pacing.
• Experience crafting detailed text prompts for generative AI tools (e.g., image, video, and text models) or a demonstrated ability to learn such tools quickly.
• Understanding of film and media language (framing, composition, shot types, lighting, color, mood, and cinematic aesthetics).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and collaborate with directors, writers, and designers to align prompts with story and brand objectives.
• High attention to detail, with strong editing, refinement, and quality-control habits for both text prompts and AI outputs.
• Comfort working with digital production workflows and basic familiarity with tools such as script editors, storyboard software, or video/image editing platforms.
• Strong written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus for region-specific content).
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time, collaborative studio environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
