About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative AI Artist who can blend artistic vision with cutting‑edge AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, comfortable working independently, and skilled in both online and offline tools. You should have a strong foundation in visual design, proficiency with editing software, and the ability to execute concepts quickly and effectively. Staying current with the latest AI and creative tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality AI‑generated visual content using a variety of online and offline tools.
• Design advanced prompt engineering frameworks (structured prompts, control weighting, negative prompting, multi‑step generation strategies)
• Build reusable prompt architectures for character consistency, styling systems, and campaign continuity
• Develop scalable generation workflows rather than single‑use outputs
• Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts and deliver polished outputs quickly.
• Use editing software to refine, enhance, or composite AI‑generated artwork.
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools, design techniques, and artistic trends; recommend new technologies to integrate into workflows.
• Collaborate with the creative team to experiment, prototype, and iterate on new visual ideas.
• Maintain organization of project files, prompt libraries, and asset versions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to AI tools, workflows, and artistic output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI art platforms (e.g., Midjourney, KLING, Veo, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) and traditional design tools.
• Hands‑on experience with editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high visual quality.
• Strong creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to think visually.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and iterative concept development is a plus.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of AI trends, creative technologies, and market‑leading tools.
