Job summary

Somo Media seeks a creative AI Content Creator to transform scripts and ideas into high‑quality AI-generated visuals and videos. You will craft detailed prompts, steer cinematic storytelling, and ensure consistent character and visual style across episodes.

Collaborating with scriptwriters, editors, and AI tool operators, you will build prompt libraries, templates, and style guides to streamline production and keep pace with rapid AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic scene creation.
• Excellent written English and prompt-writing skills.
• Basic understanding of filmmaking, animation, content production, or video editing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts for AI video generation tools based on scripts, storyboards, characters, and creative briefs.
• Convert written scenes into visually compelling prompts with clear direction for character appearance, backgrounds, lighting, camera angles, movement, mood, and emotions.
• Generate AI-powered videos for microdramas, YouTube content, advertisements, social media, and other creative projects.
• Maintain consistency in characters, environments, and visual styles across multiple scenes and episodes.
• Improve prompts based on AI-generated outputs to achieve higher-quality results.
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, video editors, creative producers, and AI tool operators.
• Create prompts for multiple visual styles, including cinematic realism, fantasy, horror, romance, thriller, semi-anime, and social media content.
• Review AI-generated videos and identify improvements related to character appearance, costumes, lighting, camera movement, continuity, emotions, and scene quality.
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, character sheets, and style guides to streamline production.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, prompting techniques, and creative workflows.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic scene creation.
• Experience with AI tools such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, Grok AI, Kling, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools will be an added advantage
• Excellent written English and prompt-writing skills.
• Strong imagination with the ability to visualize scenes before they are created.
• Good knowledge of camera angles, shot composition, lighting, expressions, costumes, backgrounds, and movement.
• Ability to break scripts into detailed visual shots.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain character and style consistency across projects.
• Basic understanding of filmmaking, animation, content production, or video editing is preferred.
• Educational background in Mass Communication, Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, Advertising, Journalism, English, Design, Creative Writing, or related fields. Candidates with a B.Tech/Technical background are also welcome if they have strong creative skills.

Good to Have

• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Understanding of cinematic shot types such as close-up, wide shot, tracking shot, pan, tilt, zoom, over-the-shoulder shot, and slow motion.
• Experience creating mood boards, style references, or visual guides.
• Passion for cinematic storytelling across genres like fantasy, drama, horror, romance, and thriller.
• Ability to iterate quickly and improve AI outputs through multiple prompt refinements.
