Job summary

Quantum Quake is seeking two AI Prompt Engineers to craft structured prompts for AI-generated videos and images, translating concepts into high-quality prompts. You will define scenes, lighting, and visual style while refining prompts through testing and analysis.

The role spans video and image generation, creative development, and cross-team collaboration to push generative AI innovation and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms.
• Solid grasp of cinematography, visual storytelling, camera movement, lighting, and composition.
• Strong creative thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze AI outputs and refine prompts effectively.
• Familiarity with AI multimodal tools.
• Experience with major platforms (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, structured prompts for AI-generated videos and images.

• Work on negative prompting and continuous prompt refinement.
• Maintain consistency across characters, products, locations, and brand identity.

• Build reusable prompt templates, workflows, and prompt libraries.
• Explore emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Prompt Engineer who can translate creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign requirements into high-quality, structured prompts for AI-generated video and visual content. You will work across AI video generation, image generation, content creation, automation, and product experimentation, contributing to our broader AI-led initiatives.

• Develop detailed, structured prompts for AI-generated videos and images
• Define scenes, characters, camera movements, lighting, composition, and visual style
• Work on negative prompting and continuous prompt refinement
• Maintain consistency across characters, products, locations, and brand identity

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI

• Ability to analyze AI outputs and refine prompts effectively
• Familiarity with AI image, video, voice, and multimodal tools
• Experience with platforms such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini will be an advantage
• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, images, prompts, or experimental AI projects will be a strong advantage.
