AMINU is seeking a Junior Prompt Engineer in Mumbai to bridge the gap between AI and brand voice. You'll collaborate with the Brand Copywriter to enhance content creation through effective prompting techniques and build a growing library of prompts.

This in-office role requires a passion for AI and language, with opportunities for freshers and candidates up to 2 years experience. Workdays are Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Overview

We're looking for a Junior Prompt Engineer who is passionate about AI and understands how to get the best out of language models. You'll work closely with the Brand Copywriter to build and refine prompts that help create natural, human-sounding first drafts while preserving AMINU's unique brand voice. Your role is to make the content creation process smarter, faster, and more efficient through thoughtful prompting and continuous experimentation.

This is not a 'type a prompt and paste the output' role. You'll be the bridge between brand voice and AI tooling, constantly experimenting, refining, and squeezing the highest-quality output possible from every prompt, then feeding those learnings back into a growing prompt library that makes the whole content team faster.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Brand Copywriter to understand campaign briefs and brand tone.
• Create and refine prompts that help AI generate strong first drafts across social media, ads, emails, website copy, and more.
• Experiment with different prompting techniques to improve the quality and consistency of AI outputs.
• Build and maintain a prompt library for different content formats and use cases.
• Learn from feedback and continuously improve prompts to reduce editing effort and improve output quality.
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, models, and prompting techniques.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• No prior copywriting experience required, but a genuine interest in language, brand voice, and how words work.
• Curious, analytical, and enjoys experimenting to solve problems.
• Good written English and an understanding of what makes content feel natural and human.
• Ability to write clear, structured instructions and think logically.
• Comfortable learning through feedback and continuous iteration.
• Prior experience with AI tools is a plus. Freshers with relevant projects or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (in-office only, no hybrid/remote options)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (we’re growing fast, and this rhythm helps us stay on pace)

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
