Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage online and offline classrooms and sessions.
• Assist in coordinating AI sessions and tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies).
• Manage trainer schedules using Google calendars.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and update AI course content, assignments, projects, resources, and student records.
• Communicate updates about schedules, deadlines, and program details to trainers and students.
• Support AI-focused learning programs, workshops, hackathons, and hands-on labs.
• Ensure SOP compliance and moderation of final course results and issuance of mark sheets and certificates.
• Follow up on the MESC portal for data uploads and certificate generation.

About the Role

As a Program Coordinator Intern for the AI Program at IIDE, you will support the team in delivering a smooth and engaging learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing online and offline classrooms, coordinating with trainers and students, ensuring timely updates on the Learning Management System (LMS), and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

Classroom Setup and Management

Coordinate and set up online and offline classrooms to ensure seamless sessions.

Assist in coordinating sessions covering popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies.

Manage trainer schedules using Google calendars to optimize availability and coordination.

LMS and Reporting

Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its effective utilization by trainers and students.

Update and maintain AI course content, assignments, projects, learning resources, and student records on the LMS.

Course Monitoring

Communicate updates about schedules, deadlines, and program details effectively to trainers and students.

Support the execution of AI-focused learning programs, workshops, hackathons, and hands-on lab sessions.

SOP Compliance and Moderation

Ensure all AI online and offline program activities are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Monitor adherence to academic and operational processes to maintain a consistent learning experience.

Assist in the moderation of final course results and oversee the generation of mark sheets and certificates.

Data Management

Follow up on the MESC portal for accurate data uploads and certificate generation.

Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed a graduation degree in any stream.
