DaMENSCH is seeking a data-driven professional to build AI-native solutions and lead problem-solving across growth, operations and technology. You will prototype with Python and APIs, design MVPs, and collaborate with business and data teams to deploy scalable AI workflows.
Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of experience, strong problem-solving, and hands-on experience with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini or similar LLMs. Excellent communication and a bias for action are required.
Here’s what your roles and responsibilities will look like:
Partner across Growth, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and Technology.
Find high-impact bottlenecks and run structured, data-driven Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Turn ambiguous asks into clear problem statements and actionable hypotheses.
Prioritise opportunities by business impact, effort and scalability.
Gather and consolidate requirements from business stakeholders.
Write crisp PRDs covering workflows, rules, data, edge cases and success metrics.
Design testable MVPs and make Build vs Buy vs Integrate decisions.
Work with business, data and technology teams to take solutions live.
This is a hands-on role. You should be able to independently prototype using Python, APIs,
structured data and LLMs.

2-4 years of high-quality professional experience.
Strong structured problem-solving and first-principles thinking.
Strong Python skills and comfort working with data.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and data structures.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar LLMs.
Strong prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow design.
Working knowledge of machine learning, statistics and analytics.
Ability to conduct RCA, derive insights and write excellent PRDs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Curiosity, bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
