Job summary

Quantbot is seeking contributors to build and validate AI-powered product prototypes in a collaborative team. You will work closely with users to uncover real problems, design evaluations for AI features, and write product requirements with measurable success metrics.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI tooling experience and a portfolio demonstrating previous work, with opportunities to collaborate across engineering, design, and data teams to ship and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in product, engineering, design or data.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, LLMs, agents, automations, or prototypes.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Lovable, Replit, Supabase.
• Basic SQL and strong analytical thinking.
• Portfolio, side project, or demo showcasing built work.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands‑on experience building with AI tools, LLMs, agents, automations, or prototypes
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Lovable, Replit, Supabase, etc.
• Basic SQL, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• A portfolio, side project, or demo that showcases what you've built

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI evaluations, RAG, agents, or AI-assisted workflows
• Interest in interiors, real estate, or proptech
