Job summary

Birdeye is seeking an AI-Native Product Designer in Gurugram, India, to own end-to-end AI-driven product workflows from prototype to shipped product. This hands-on IC role will shape how Birdeye builds for the next decade by integrating AI tools and live environments into compelling user experiences.

You will design AI-native workflows, prototype rapidly, define end-to-end interactions, and mentor peers to elevate product thinking across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer on complex digital products.
• Strong product thinking and systems design capability.
• Comfortable with AI tools, APIs, prompts, and prototyping environments.

What You’ll Do: This role sits at the intersection of design and product. You will own the end‑to‑end experience of AI‑driven product workflows – from prototype to shipped product – and your decisions will directly shape how we build for the next decade.

This is a hands‑on IC role. You will:

• Design and define AI‑native product workflows, including automation and agent‑driven experiences.
• Rapidly prototype product ideas using AI tools, APIs, and live environments to validate concepts early.
• Contribute to defining end‑to‑end user workflows, including interaction patterns and system behavior.
• Mentor designers on prototyping and product thinking to strengthen product‑building capabilities within the team.

Requirements & Must‑Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of related experience (B2B or SaaS background highly preferred).
• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer in building complex digital products.
• Strong product thinking and systems design capability.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, APIs, prompts, and prototyping environments.
• Ability to translate customer problems into structured product workflows, not just UI designs.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
