We are on a mission to reinvent how designers work in the AI era. Backed by top investors from OpenAI, Google, Stripe, Notion and Dropbox, we're building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to help define what modern, AI-native product design looks like. You’ll own and ship core Weaver experiences—designing systems, workflows, and interactions that change how product designers think, build, and collaborate.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You’ll lead design for foundational parts of the product like prototyping workflows, real‑time collaboration, and shared workspaces, while setting the principles and quality bar that guide everything we ship.

What You’ll Do:

• Own ambiguous, high‑leverage product areas end to end.
• Turn complex systems into clear, intuitive interaction models.
• Design original solutions where existing design tools fall short.
• Partner deeply with founders, engineering, and product.
