• Partner closely with engineering, growth, and content teams to turn ideas into data-backed product decisions.
• Explore and define new interaction and design patterns through exploratory work, raising the bar for design quality and product thinking.

• 8+ years of experience designing, prototyping, and shipping high-quality mobile or desktop products, ideally from 0 → 1.
• Strong product instincts with a user-first mindset—you think deeply about problems, outcomes, and feedback loops.
• Exceptional visual craft and systems thinking, with attention to detail and comfort handling complex edge cases.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflows, and curiosity to stay on top of the latest in generative AI.
