Job summary

Cynbrix Consulting in Pune is seeking a QA Lead to own end-to-end QA across AI/ML platforms, including backend, frontend and APIs. The role demands hands-on coding and automation, while also leading a QA team and mentoring engineers to ensure top-quality releases.

You should be proficient in automation tests (UI + API) using Playwright, Pytest, Python/JavaScript, and CI/CD tools. Willingness to travel to Aurangabad twice a month is expected.

Qualifications

Role: QA Lead / Test Lead
Location: Pune & Aurangabad
Experience: 4+ years (with minimum 1+ year in Lead role)
Work Mode:WFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy across AI/ML platform (Backend, Frontend, APIs)
• Design test plans, test cases, and automation strategy
• Perform ML model testing (accuracy, validation, regression checks)
• Validate backend APIs, real-time data pipelines, and integrations
