Job summary

Welspun World is seeking an AI / ML & Emerging Tech Trainer to build AI capabilities across Welspun GCC, supporting Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams. This hands-on role owns end-to-end training programs, capability-building initiatives, and AI adoption strategies for diverse audiences.

You will conduct needs analyses, design learning programs, and drive AI skilling via a centralized Shared Service, with a focus on measurable business impact and technology adoption.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for AI capability gaps.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs that drive digital transformation.
• Build AI capability across both Business Teams and Technology Teams.
• Customize training content based on audience needs and depth of technical knowledge.
• Identify and manage external learning partners as needed.
• Drive AI skilling initiatives through a centralized Learning Shared Service.
• Track learning effectiveness, tech adoption, and business impact metrics for leadership.

As an AI / ML & Emerging Tech Trainer, you will be responsible for building AI and technology capabilities across Welspun GCC, supporting both Business Process Services teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations) and IT/Technology teams.This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires end-to-end ownership of training programs, capability-building initiatives, and AI adoption strategies. The role demands the ability to engage with diverse audiences, from business users looking to leverage AI tools for productivity to technical teams working on advanced AI/ML solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify AI and digital capability gaps.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs that drive digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Build AI capability across:
  • Business Teams: Applied AI, automation, Copilot, process agents, and productivity tools.
  • Technology Teams: AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI for Developers, RAG-based solutions, and LLMs.
• Customize training content based on audience needs and technical depth.
• Identify and manage external learning partners where specialized expertise is required.
• Drive AI skilling initiatives through a centralized Learning Shared Service model.
• Track learning effectiveness, technology adoption, and business impact metrics and present them to leadership.
