Job summary

Perficient India invites an experienced professional to join as AI Skills & Technology Faculty (Learning Partner). You will design and deliver hands-on AI, GenAI, ML, data engineering, and automation training for consultants and delivery teams, using labs, workshops, bootcamps and hackathons aligned to client use cases.

You will mentor learners, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Academy Pillar Leads and stakeholders to accelerate client readiness and scale learning operations

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, Data Engineering, or technical enablement.
• Experience in technical training, facilitation, learner support, or enablement for enterprise teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.
• Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Role - AI Skills & Technology - Faculty (Learning Partner)

Role Overview

The AI Skills & Technology Faculty supports Perficient’s Global AI-First Academy by delivering practical AI learning, hands-on enablement, and scalable program operations for consultants and delivery teams across Generative AI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Learning Delivery & Enablement

• Design and deliver instructor-led AI, GenAI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation training through labs, workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons using client-aligned use cases.
• Mentor learners and delivery teams on applied AI projects to accelerate client readiness.

Applied AI Support

• Provide technical guidance and learner support to help teams apply AI learning to internal and client-aligned use cases.
• Support account-specific AI enablement with Academy Pillar Leads, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Program Operations & Collaboration

• Coordinate schedules, rosters, facilitators, labs, communications, reporting, and follow-ups across regional operations.
• Maintain trackers and streamline operations through automation opportunities, reusable templates, dashboards, and repeatable workflows.
• Support internal showcases and communities of practice by coordinating sessions and sharing reusable learning assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applied AI Skills & Technical Expertise

Core AI & GenAI

• ML pipelines, model evaluation, deployment, RAG, agents, orchestration, prompt engineering, solution design, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption.

AI Platforms & Ecosystems (Working proficiency in at least one)

• Working knowledge of data engineering, cloud-native architectures, scalable AI solution design, MLOps, and LLMOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML, Cloud, or Technical Training certifications; consulting or client-facing delivery experience preferred.
