Claro Energy Limited is seeking a technically curious, high-energy fresh graduate to join our AI-native marketing pod. You will work with a compact team and an advanced AI stack to generate scalable content and campaigns.

You'll help build templates, audit outputs, and integrate CRM, website, and outbound channels, gaining hands-on exposure to revenue impact from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Run the Content Factory to produce scalable SEO, social, and ad copy using gen-AI tools.
• Build reusable playbooks encoding brand guidelines and tone for consistency.
• Support the marketing pod by improving workflows and data quality.
• Execute Agile campaigns and test AI-driven ad variants.
• Protect brand voice and avoid generic robotic output across channels.
• Learn the AI stack linking CRM, website, and outbound tools.

We have delivered 1,00,000+ solar projects across solar irrigation pumps, rooftop solar, and large-scale clean energy programs, working closely with farmers, households, institutions, and government initiatives across 18+ states.

MISSION

We are not building a traditional marketing department. We are building an autonomous growth engine. We're looking for a technically curious, high-energy fresh graduate, someone hungry to learn and eager to get hands-on to help build and run our AI-native marketing pod. You'll work alongside a small team armed with an outsized AI tech stack, punching above your weight to execute with the volume and precision of a 10-person enterprise team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run the Content Factory: Shift from "writing" to "prompting and editing" to help build the templates and system prompts that let AI generate high-quality SEO, social, and ad copy at scale, using gen-AI content tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs
• Build Reusable Playbooks: Create and maintain AI skills and templates (e.g., on Claude) that encode our brand guidelines, tone, and design language so every new campaign, post, or asset stays consistent and on-brand without starting from scratch each time
• Support the Pod: Work closely with marketing interns and the wider team to help sharpen daily workflows, focusing on data quality, AI output auditing, and community engagement
• Execute Agile Campaigns: Help deploy intent-based outbound campaigns, set up dynamic website personalizations, and test ad variants using AI-driven platforms
• Protect the Brand Soul: Support quality control to help ensure our output never sounds like a generic robot, and stays true to our voice and strategic edge across every marketing touchpoint
• Learn the AI Stack: Get hands-on with workflows linking our CRM, website, and outbound channels using automation tools (n8n, Make) and AI agents

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 0–2 years, fresh graduates welcome; what matters most is curiosity, hustle, and a genuine appetite to learn.
• AI-Native: You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity daily, and are comfortable writing detailed, context-rich prompts, you're curious about agentic workflows
• Gen-AI Content Curiosity: You're excited about tools like Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs, you don't need hands-on experience with these specific tools, just the interest and aptitude to pick them up fast
• Technical Chops: You don't need to be a software developer, but you're not afraid of webhooks, APIs, CRM data structures, or vibe-coding tools like Lovable, Bolt.new, or Replit Agent
• Antifragile: You thrive in iterative environments when a platform algorithm changes or an AI model updates, you're excited to adapt rather than wait for a new playbook

WHY THIS ROLE

You’ll skip the traditional corporate marketing ladder from day one. Instead of managing spreadsheets of manual tasks, you’ll be learning to build and command the systems that do the work with direct exposure to company revenue and a seat close to the founder's office.
