Covasant Technologies in Hyderabad is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to join the AI Research and Growth team. The role blends research on accounts, competitors, pricing, and social media with SEO and answer engine optimization.

You will help build AI-assisted workflows and write concise findings for sales leadership. You will work from the Hyderabad office, engaging with a fast-moving marketing team, and continue to learn how to leverage AI tools in B2B marketing.

• Create reusable prompts and simple workflows for repeatable research.
• Summarize findings in clear English for sales and leadership.

About Covasant

Covasant builds SERAA, an enterprise agentic AI platform that companies use to put AI agents to work across sales, operations and decision-making. We are headquartered in Plano, Texas, with offices in London, Dubai and Hyderabad. The marketing team is small, moves fast, and works directly on product launches, analyst programs and campaigns that reach enterprise buyers in the US, UK and Middle East.

The role

We want someone early in their career who already uses ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools as part of how they think, and who wants to turn that habit into a marketing career. You will spend a large part of your week doing research with AI: on accounts, ompetitors, content, pricing and what is working on social media. The rest goes into SEO and AEO (answer engine optimisation, which is how a brand shows up inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers). You do not need to know SEO or AEO today.

We will train you.

What we cannot train is curiosity, a clear way of approaching problems, and the willingness to learn something new every single day.

What you will do

• Research target accounts before sales outreach: what the company does, recent news, leadership, likely priorities, and where AI could fit.
• Study competitors' websites and work out how their pages are built, what content they lead with, how they structure use cases, and what that tells us about their strategy.
• Track pricing and packaging across competitors and adjacent players, and keep that view current.
• Find out which social posts and videos are getting real attention in enterprise AI, and explain why they worked rather than only listing them.
• Research campaigns that competitors and peers are running, and pull out what we can learn or test.
• Work on SEO and AEO: keyword and question research, page audits, checking how AI assistants describe Covasant and its competitors, and tracking changes over time.
• Build reusable prompts, research templates and simple workflows so the team can repeat good research without starting from zero.
• Write up findings in plain English that a salesperson or a senior leader can act on in five minutes.

Who we are looking for

• You use AI tools daily and have a method. You can explain how you break a problem down, how you prompt, how you check the output, and when you stop trusting it.
• You can show us something you figured out or built with AI that you are proud of, even if it was a personal project.
• You are tech-curious. You read about AI because you want to, and you have opinions on which tools are good at what.

• You learn fast and you are comfortable being wrong in public. Trying something and failing is fine here. Not trying is the problem.
• You think creatively and look for a better way to do a task rather than the usual way.
• You write clearly in English.
• Any degree is fine. Marketing, engineering, economics, mass communication or something else entirely.

We care more about how you think than what you studied.

Good to have, not required

• A blog, newsletter, YouTube channel or social account you have grown yourself.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, or basic exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console or any SEO tool.
• Experience building a custom GPT, a Claude Project, or a small automation.
