We are looking for a high-performing Java Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software applications using Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. The ideal candidate will also be an early adopter of Generative AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Groq, ChatGPT, or similar, and leverage them to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and maintain code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based backend services using Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and user experience.
- Work with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and cloud-based deployment environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Use Generative AI tools (Cursor AI, Groq, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize coding workflows, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UX) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI-assisted software development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Front-end experience with Angular (v10+) or React (v17+).
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Groq, ChatGPT, or others to automate or enhance development.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Contributions to open-source projects or AI-assisted coding communities.
