Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise‑grade applications using Java Spring Boot and Python with strong hands‑on coding involvement.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud‑native solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise workflows for automation and intelligent decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event‑driven systems using Kafka or messaging frameworks.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, high‑performance applications.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices including IAM, encryption, and secure coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI, cloud, and full‑stack technologies to drive innovation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–12 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend systems.
• Working knowledge of React or Angular for front‑end development.
• Experience deploying applications in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI integration, or cloud AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of microservices, API integration, and event‑driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering; relevant cloud or AI certifications preferred.
