Job summary

Humanova invites experienced AI-enabled Deals mentors to support a specialised learning programme for consulting professionals in India. Big 4 background and strong Deals/Advisory exposure are highly valued.

Sessions are delivered across Mumbai, Gurugram, Bangalore and Chennai as hands-on, case-based workshops. You will coach senior professionals, demonstrate responsible AI use, and guide participants on AI-assisted research and documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive facilitation or training experience for senior professionals.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Background in Deals, Advisory, or Transaction Services is preferred.

• Deliver practical, case-based workshops rather than theory-heavy sessions
• Coach participants across experience levels, including associates, managers and senior leaders

• Reinforce human-in-the-loop validation, source traceability and responsible AI governance

We are looking for experienced AI-Enabled Deals Mentors and Facilitators to support a specialised learning programme for consulting and advisory professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Deals, Transaction Services, Valuations, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy, ESG, DDV or Post-deal Integration, preferably with a Big 4 or ex-Big 4 background.

About the programme

The programme has 4 sub-tracks:

• Transaction Services / Financial Due DiligenceValuationsDDV / DKH / Post-deal IntegrationBroader Deals competencies, including Corporate Finance, Commercial Due Diligence, ESG, Strategy and related advisory workstreamsEach track will be delivered as a 1-day offline workshop across Mumbai, Gurugram, Bangalore and Chennai.

The sessions will be highly practical, with participants working through case-based exercises involving AI-assisted research, information extraction, analysis, model review, document drafting, presentation building, report quality checks, source validation and human-led decision-making.

• Facilitate AI-enabled Deals learning sessions for consulting and advisory professionals

Preferred experience

• Big 4 / ex-Big 4 experience in Deals, Advisory, Consulting or Transaction Services
• Strong understanding of Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Commercial Due Diligence, M&A, ESG, Strategy or post-deal integration will be an added advantage.
• Experience facilitating senior professional audiences
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, enterprise chat tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AI-assisted consulting workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them practical for business users.
