Job summary

LatentBridge is seeking an AI expert and enterprise AI adoption consultant to lead AI literacy, adoption and enablement programs for clients in regulated industries. This role demands hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Copilot, AI applications and transformation.

You will translate deep AI knowledge into structured curricula, run workshops with business users, and engage CXOs while collaborating with IT teams to drive measurable outcomes and sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience with AI, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Proven experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and the evolving enterprise AI ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, security and privacy.
• Experience designing enterprise AI adoption, literacy, or enablement programs.

About the Role

We are looking for aseasoned AI expert and enterprise AI adoption consultant to lead andexecute organization-wide AI Literacy, Adoption and Enablement programs for our clients.

This is not aconventional trainer or L&D role. We are looking for someone who hasdeep, hands-on understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AIapplications and enterprise AI transformation, and can translate thatexpertise into structured programs that drive real adoption and measurablebusiness outcomes.

The ideal candidate will beequally comfortable speaking to a CXO about AI strategy, working with an ITteam on Copilot adoption, designing an AI curriculum, and conducting hands-onworkshops with business users.

An AI practitioner +consultant + evangelist — not a conventional trainer.

You should be someone who:

• Has deepcredibility in AI and enterprise technology.

• Understands howorganizations actually adopt technology.
  
• Can engage a CXO in astrategic conversation and then run a hands-on Copilot session withemployees.
  
• Is comfortablecreating content from scratch rather than relying on standard trainingmaterial.
  
• Thinks in terms of businessoutcomes and adoption, not just training completion.
  
• 10+ years of overallprofessional experience , with significant experience in AI, digitaltransformation, technology consulting, enterprise enablement or relatedareas.
  
• Strong practicalknowledge of Generative AI and the evolving enterprise AI ecosystem.
  
• Hands-on experiencewith Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 Copilot and ideally Azure AI/ Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  
• Proven experiencedesigning or leading enterprise AI adoption, AI literacy, workforcetransformation or AI enablement programs.
  
• Experience workingdirectly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  
• Strong understandingof Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy and enterprise AIrisks.
  
• Experience developingstructured curricula, assessments and adoption frameworks.
  
• Ability to translatecomplex AI concepts into practical business applications.
