About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned AI expert and enterprise AI adoption consultant to lead and execute organization-wide AI Literacy, Adoption and Enablement programs for our clients.

This is not a conventional trainer or L&D role. We are looking for someone who has deep, hands‑on understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI applications and enterprise AI transformation, and can translate that expertise into structured programs that drive real adoption and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable speaking to a CXO about AI strategy, working with an IT team on Copilot adoption, designing an AI curriculum, and conducting hands‑on workshops with business users.

We are specifically looking for someone who is:

An AI practitioner + consultant + evangelist — not a conventional trainer.

You should be someone who:

• Has deep credibility in AI and enterprise technology.
• Keeps up with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and tools.
• Can demonstrate AI rather than simply talk about it.
• Understands how organizations actually adopt technology.
• Can engage a CXO in a strategic conversation and then run a hands‑on Copilot session with employees.
• Is comfortable creating content from scratch rather than relying on standard training material.
• Thinks in terms of business outcomes and adoption, not just training completion.
• Can independently own an AI literacy program from strategy → governance → curriculum → delivery → assessment → adoption measurement.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in AI, digital transformation, technology consulting, enterprise enablement or related areas.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and the evolving enterprise AI ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 Copilot and ideally Azure AI / Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Proven experience designing or leading enterprise AI adoption, AI literacy, workforce transformation or AI enablement programs.
• Experience working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy and enterprise AI risks.
• Experience developing structured curricula, assessments and adoption frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications.
