Job summary

Vibehackers in Lucknow is seeking an experienced AI Automation Trainer to design and teach end-to-end AI automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms, API integrations, and AI services. You will lead hands-on classroom sessions and guide students through practical projects to build production-ready automations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years hands-on experience in AI automation and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong implementation experience with workflow automation, API integrations and webhooks.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM automation and social media automation, including WhatsApp automation.
• Experience with AI chatbots, AI API integrations, and image/voice generation APIs.
• Experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools (Lovable, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Codex).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for online and offline sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing automation (lead capture, routing, CRM automation, email/Sheets automation).
• Create social media automations (AI reel generation, captions, content calendar, auto-posting, DM flows) using SocialBee.
• Implement WhatsApp automations using WhatsApp Business API, Pabbly, Twilio; build booking and lead flows.
• Design and integrate AI chatbots and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), including image/voice generation and AI agents.
• Deliver online and in-person classroom training; guide students through projects and capstones.
• Present solutions clearly to learners and stakeholders.

The primary goal is to train students and stakeholders through hands‑on classroom sessions and practical projects so they can build production‑ready automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement workflow automations using platforms such as n8n, Make.com , and Zapier.
• Integrate REST APIs and webhooks; work with JSON and tools like Postman.
• Develop marketing automation (lead capture, lead routing, CRM automation, email and Google Sheets automation).
• Create social media automations (AI reel generation, captions, content calendar, auto‑posting, comment‑to‑DM flows) and use tools like SocialBee.
• Implement WhatsApp automations using WhatsApp Business API, Pabbly, Twilio; build appointment booking, FAQ bots, and lead qualification flows.
• Design and integrate AI chatbots and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), including image and voice generation and AI agents.
• Deliver online and in‑person classroom training; guide students through practical projects, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Communicate solutions clearly and present technical concepts to learners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of practical, hands‑on experience in AI automation and no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Strong hands‑on implementation experience with workflow automation, API integrations, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM automation (Expedify CRM or similar), social media automation, and WhatsApp automation.
• Experience with AI chatbots, AI API integrations, image/voice generation APIs, and AI agents.
• Experience or familiarity with vibe coding / AI‑assisted development tools (Lovable, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable conducting both online and offline classroom sessions.
